I know everyone thinks their own kids are so smart, but look at Ryland stacking blocks (I don't know about you, but I'm impressed...most kids just wait for you to stack them so they can knock them down):

We've given Ryland some opportunities to explore using fork and spoon to eat.  We don't expect him to use either independently yet, but he knows how it's supposed to work:
